I have three cameras from the first model and the camera do no capture when someone walks by. The Cameras are set on lookout but it does not capture the video of someone walking by my home: there is such a delay in video that I personally can walk around my house and only one camera will connect to the station and report the video. what can I do to solve this problem

For starters, read the FAQ here on best camera positioning practices. Also read the FAQ on changing motion sensitivity in your modes and rules. Briefly, the cameras should be pointed down to eliminate excess scenery, motion should be across the field of view, not directly at the cameras, and the sensitivity set high enough to record what you need with minimal false recordings.

As PS...

the Arlo HD cameras have about 20ft max sense range for people ( 25ft for pro/pro2 )

make sure you are covering the area less than that.
