Camera detects motion but there's no video

I've been seeing this issue intermittently, and apparently just now (2am). Frequently this camera records & notifies as expected, but at least 3 times there's been no video. Of my 4 cameras, it's happened with at least 3 over the last several weeks. Help?

As it turns out, the camera-to-base-station signal was excellent, but my internet connection was lousy.  Time Warner replaced the modem and resolved some wiring and we're back in business.

Not an Arlo fault at all!

It sounds like interference or poor signal strength due to range could be causing the cameras to drop connection with the base station. What is the signal strength for your cameras like? Are you seeing any error messages when you try to live stream?
