Camera buffering and then time out and offline

Just finished installing 2 Arlo cameras. One is working good, but one always buffering and times out. Sometimes a still picture but refuses to stream. Sometimes the image is totally black. I have done reset and re synced cameras several times; even rebooted the base station. Now I have the cameras side by side 1½ yard from the base station. I have struggled with this the hole weekend and reading hints in Arlo community.
