I bought the entire camera system package and an extra camera to the tune of about $400 or more worth of equipment and batteries.

One of my Arlo cameras, the last one I bought, flaked out and sprung a spring right after the 30-day guarantee ran out and the other three have a battery life of about a week and a half.

The batteries cost $20 a pack and there aren't even enough batteries in them for all FOUR cameras, so I ended up buying two packs AND I paid for an annual monitoring subscription that I can't use because the cameras no longer work. I have since had to order more batteries for cameras that burn them out in less than two weeks. And it wasn't the first time I had to buy batteries, it was the THIRD. I tried to find some locally for a better price and even they didn't last long and cost too much.

I had to take them all down and can't even use them any more because it's too expensive to replace and the batteries cost too much. The one that broke after the warranty period on Amazon wouldn't even DO a firmware update and is entirely unusable.

I need to know how much of a refund I can at least get on the annual monitoring fee I paid because I have barely been able to use it since I bought this entire system less than six months ago.
