Am I the only one who feels they get no support from support for Arlo?  My one camera says "camera offline"  I have tried every suggestion and nothing helps.  I have new batteries.

It's possible the camera is bad.  You say you've used new batteries - do you have another camera or battery set to swap around?  Try restarting the base using the power switch.  If no luck, use the Support link above to contact support for help and a possible RMA.
