My computer keeps giving me this message:

 

Your device is not connected.  Make sure it's connected to your router and has a working internet connection.

 

My other two cameras are working.  I am so confused.  I have tried to resync the camera.  I have a low, slow, blue light blinking.  

 

Help!

Try these steps:

 

1) Power cycle the base.

 

2) Open and close the battery door on the camera.

 

3) If the camera currently exists in Settings, remove it.

 

4) Sync the camera again.  Be sure to press the sync button on the base for only a second or two. Make sure the base LED is flashing and press the button on the camera briefly.
