Hi all..

 

My app was updated on my phone and now the camera is offline but i can see and still recieved Motion detection notifications.

 

i have reset and synced the camera and the base station and still the same.. Not sure if this is an app problem or system issue..

 

all worked fine and battery was 93% when i could see it last..

 

any help would great..

Try restarting the phone as well as reinstalling the app. Restart the base using Settings, My Devices, your base, Restart or by using the power switch. Use a browser - does it do the same thing?

hi there

 

 its the same on the pc.. restarted everything and still the same... im not that worried as still get the motion detection but cannot view live feed...

You didn't say that you tried a browser - does that work?

The symptoms you describe sound like a display issue. As suggested above by jguerdat, does anything change when using a different browser?

 

Some users have had issues when security software such as BitDefender is enabled, try (temporarily) disabling any you may have to further isolate the issue.
