I have read all teh threads in the forum and tried everything under the sun suggested. I am out of ideas. I purchases two camera last May 2017. One camera is fine and the other start giving me trouble about two weeks ago, where it keep going offline - i swap it with the other camera and it worked for a bit then bam - when offline again. I remove teh device completely and add it back - it worked again for few hours then offline again. Replace battery - same thing. I think there is a problem with this device. How do I open a case with support as I am not under warranty anymore I think?

You can open a case with support here using the Contact Support link at the bottom here and again on the new page. However, unless you're in a country with a 2 year warranty, you're out of warranty - should have opened the case immediately.
It's certainly possible that you have a bad camera since you've swapped positions, replaced batteries and resynced the camera. Check your firmware versions just to be sure they're all up to date. Bring the camera close to the base and see what happens.

I tried placing it close to the base, it worked for a while then when offline again.

What are the issues you are experiencing? Have you tried to reboot your base station & remove and re add the camera?
