We have ARLO wireless and got the 4 cameras a week ago. They have been working fine, and today the third camera states "your device is offline", and dues not show the video recording. Only green screen. We tried to reconnect that camera to the base, but it still doesn't work??? Help please.

Is it possible the camera has dead batteries? Open and close the battery door before changing them and see if that helps - maybe it just got stupid.
