Hello, I have 2 x Arlo ultra cameras on the front of my house.
I pay for CVR subscription x 2. I have so many problems, it works fine for months then just stops!
- In the app (Iphone) I can not see CVR library or any recordings only live view
- On the web (chrome) I can see CVR history in devices, but my library is empty (I have changed browser, logged in/out & cleared cache etc)
- On the web, my recordings have no notifications showing audio/notifications, just a grey bar.
Customer support is useless and tips before I lose my mind? 😞

It sounds like you don't have a subscription for anything other than CVR. Any camera newer than the Pro 2 requires a subscription - Arlo Secure or Arlo Secure Plus - for cloud motion recordings. Check Settings, Subscription to ensure you do or don't have one of these.
