CAN NOT CHANGE ACCOUNT PASSWORD

I AM ATTEMPTING TO CHANGE MY ARLO ACCOUNT PASSWORD... AND HAVE BEEN ABLE TO SUCCESSFULLY DO SO OVER THE PAST 8 YEARS THAT I HAVE HAD THIS ACCOUNT.

 

BUT THIS TIME IS DIFFERENT! 

 

AFTER ENTERING MY EMAIL ADDRESS, AND CLICKING ON "FORGOT PASSWORD?",  A SCREEN APPEARS SAYING A LINK TO CHANGE THE PASSWORD IS BEING SENT TO MY EMAIL ADDRESS. 

 

THE LINK NEVER APPEARS ... IN EITHER MY EMAIL OR IN MY SPAM. 

 

I HAVE TRIED TO CHANGE MY ARLO ACCOUNT PASSWORD USING THE ABOVE STEPS THREE TIMES ... SAME MESSAGE APPEARS, BUT NO LINK !

 

OTHER  NON-ARLO ACCOUNTS HAVE BEEN ABLE TO SEND A PASSWORD CHANGE LINK TO THIS EMAIL ADDRESS TODAY ... BUT NOT ARLO.

 

WHAT SHOULD I DO?

F.Y.I.    I AM ENTERING THE OLD PASSWORD on the log-in screen AND AM TRYING TO CHANGE THE PASSWORD TO ONE I HAVE NOT USED BEFORE.

I WAS ABLE TO CHANGE MY PASSWORD BY:

1. LOG IN on blue Arlo screen with the house icon  (USING MY OLD PASSWORD)

2. GO TO SETTINGS

3. GO TO ACCOUNT PROFILE

4. GO TO CHANGE PASSWORD

5. ENTER OLD PASSWORD

6. ENTER NEW PASSWORD (TWICE)

7. GO BACK TO BLUE ARLO LOGIN PAGE AND ENTER EMAIL ADDRESS AND NEW PASSWORD.

 

THIS ELIMINATED THE NEED TO CLICK ON "FORGOT PASSWORD?"  ON THE BLUE LOG-IN SCREEN AND WAIT FOR A PASSWORD CHANGE LINK TO BE SENT TO MY EMAIL (WHICH NEVER SHOWED UP IN EMAIL OR SPAM) !!!
