Being charged $9.99 a month with no subscription??

I haven't used my Arlo in a couple years. I am being charged $9.99 every month and when I log into my account on the browser it says I have no subscription. Without the subscription I cannot get support. I still have a monthly charge. I cannot get around this and my card continues to be charged. Arlo, help me either access my subscription or cancel it.

I am having the same issue. I have not used camera's and it won't allow me use their agent because I have no plan. So what is this $9.99 a month for? I can't even change my credit card info because there is no where to change or delete it. Help!!!
