Battery life changed from 3+ months to 1 week?

We've had our Arlo working for over a year but recently the battery life has plummeted from 3+ months to 1 week. The camera settings are the same. Any suggestions where to look?

Could be as simple as poor WiFi between the base and cameras. Check your devices in Settings and tell us your WiFi percentages.

Not a wifi problem -- it's bad firmware on the camera.

 

I've spoken with two people on the support team and this is a known issue. I was told a fix is in a firmware update 1.2.5x.

 

Yesterday I was told it would update between 3:-5: am overnight but our camera didn't update. Today's tech told me that the fix is ready and will be released within a week.

 

Very disappointed in the response and fix availability. I've blown thru $60 worth of batteries in three weeks.
