Arlo essentials camera used with solar panel is draining very fast haven't had issues with it since install but recently it's been draining far to quickly and have to take it down to use cable to get it back to 100% and then over a few days it drains down to nearly empty but during day its charging when at home I turn it off and it charges a little bit also there's not much activity on the camera either so don't know maybe it's firmware issue ? I have reset hub still no change. When I go to manually do firmware it says no firmware available. Help this is very frustrating.

What happens if you disconnect the solar panel? If the battery usage returns to normal, it would appear that the panel is faulty. Use the app to go to Settings, Support and select your camera that the panel is connected to. Scroll to Contacts to see what official support may offer. It may be useful to remove the camera from your account and re-add it since support likely will ask you to do that.

If the battery still runs down, check to see how many total minutes per day of recording the camera is doing. You need to remove activity zones, if used, to get a true total. The panel is only a trickle charger and can't keep up with heavy usage.
