Battery Light Not Turning On When Charging

I try to recharge battery on my camera, but never get blue led light

when I open Arlo I get 'time to change battery' message

i have had Single Arlo camera at front door (under a porch-not subject to rain) for less than a year and can't imagine I need new battery.  Advice?

Which camera have you got?
Most of these cameras will need the battery recharged or replaced after about 4-6 months depending on how much recording they do
