On older versions of the android app it used to display the battery percentage.  Now that information seems to be missing.  I am not sure if its tucked away and hard to find but it used to be very easy to find.  I have looked everywhere I can think of and have yet to find it.

Thanks for any help I can get,

Mike

Hit the cog or three dots below the camera image window and hit Device Settings. It'll tell you the percentage left

When you open the app, you have to wait about 15 seconds for the icons to appear including the battery indicator, wifi signal strength indication, USB drive, audio, motion detection icons. Once they have appeared, then hit the cog

I waited for 2 minutes and nothing showed up on the screen.  I have also waited 2 minutes on the camera setting screen and nothing showed up.  I have also shutdown and restarted the app along with wiping the cache.  Still nothing shows up.

It appears to be a display issue. I would reboot the phone and reinstall the app as well as use a browser to check. The camera isn't shown as offline so the lack of information in your camera settings is weird. A base restart may or may not be useful, too.

Agree that restarting the base station seems like a good idea right now

I have deleted the app, restarted the phone, reinstalled it, reset the base unit and the camera and it still doesn't display on the 3 different android phones.

Does the system record motion activated events to the library? Are you able to live stream any cameras?

Everything works as it should.  With an older version of the Arlo app the battery level would show.  I can see the battery level when logged into a computer.

It works here so it would appear to be a local issue. What device and OS?

I have 5 different android devices, 2 note 9, 1 note 8, galaxy tab s, galaxy tab s2, with varrying OS and they all have the same issue.  I did put the app on my ipad and it works as it is supposed to.
