I've installed 3 sets of new batteries into one of my cameras and it continues to "say" low battery.  And I have resynced several times.  All other cameras are working fine.

contact Netgear for a trouble ticket if you mean OEM batteries...

 

If talking rechargeables it's another story and need more info.
