Base wont connect for initial set up

I can't get the base to connect to my phone or computer in the initial setup process. Both lights are on but it wont connect.  Would be helpful if there was a phone number or email.

There is a phone number as well as email.  All you have to do is click on Support at the top here and then Contact Support on the right. Very easy to use.

 

You should try a factory reset first.  Press only the reset button on the back of the base until the LEDs flash amber.  Wait for the two green LEDs (power and Internet) and try again.
