Bought Arlo wire free on 13th of October. System set up and functioning. On vacation since 15th October.
Base station been offline since 18th.
Cannot physically access base station to do anything. Can support access remotely? Is the reliability of this system flawed?
Totally pissed right off that I’ve invested in a system which has let me down within a few days.
Any ideas?

I apologize for the inconvenience, if the device is offline, a physical reboot will be necessary to bring it back online. A power outage/wifi drop could have affected this. 

 

You may look over this thread for a possible remedy when offline and remote. Remote fix
