Base station says offline
All 3 wireless cams offline
Q wireless is working like normal via the app and sending alerts.
All resets I know off have been done but bass station still says offline. Full resets and power resets done. Even that reset button! Help!

Found by just adding a new base station on top off all the original settings brought everything back alive!
Press right hand side white button on base station, not the black on/off, and add a new base station.
It will overwrite the faulty one and your camera should come back alive.
If not, delete one, go to add it again and follow the instructions arlo give you by pressing a tiny button on top of your camera.
A blue light will appear to flash! Bingo! But what a joke! No warning that this happened or why? I’m not impressed either that I can’t turn off alerts for the Q can unless I subscribe to a yearly contract. That’s bullying and gangster behaviour! Now if my normal cams do go off I have so many from the Q flooding in from watching outside, I’ll be lucky to see any normal camera alerts! I need the Q can on fully so it needs to pick up everything. Just don’t need the alerts from it every 5 mins!
