Same story. The third owner of this system. The other two. NO LUCK! I have worked on computers and electronics for 20 some odd years and never encountered such. Now, that I've exhausted every mention of a resolution to no avail, where does a person go from here? Cannot get the base to be identified. I see where theres a charge for help. Who wants to pay for something that may in the end still not work? I would listen to a monkey right now if he had a resolution. Please help!!!

No charge to use support. The verbiage suggests it but it's not enforced.

 

What LEDs are showing what on the base? It's possible the previous owner hasn't removed the system from his account.
