Base station for Arlo

The base station for the Arlo cameras, I noticed there is a picture of a house with wifi signal pointing down to the ground. Where the lights turn on in the front.   What is that selection about? And how do we go about using that?  The alro book does not explain all the amenities the base has!!!!

It isn't used if I remember right...

 

The ( from Left ) are POWER-INTERNET-Cameras ( when synced)

 

The USB ports are non-functional except power... there is no acces to change any settings in the router/base
