Base station does not seem to be responding to requests to set up activity zones

My base station with prefix numbers 48d does not seem to be responding to requests to set up activity zones on my cameras or change video settings. Is there an issue with older cameras / base stations?

What base do you have?  (There should be a label on it that starts with VMB).

 

Also, what cameras?

  1. If they use 4 CR123 batteries, then they are the original Arlo HD cameras
  2. If the housing can be opened, then do that and remove the battery.   There should be a label inside that identifies the camera.

Note the "H" number in the app is not useful.
