Base station could not be discovered

Arlo has been becomming more and more of a disappointment. I finally was able to get the 2 cameras and base station onto my account and login, but now i am not able to add to my second account - i get the Base station could not be discovered error. I have reset the base station, reset my router, rebooted them all, etc, etc to no avail.

We need more information that this. What exactly are you trying to do - use a second email for a second account? Trying toset up a new base/system on which account? Depending on what you're trying to do, Settings, Grant Access may be what you need.
