I had the same problem of reactivating my base station after deactivating it via the app, but pressing rest + sync for 10sec and longer does not do anything. Green led for device and internet connection keep being lit, no amber blinking and reset.
Other than in the original support request my base station shows no green led for cam connection (although 2 cams are synched).
Please advise, what to do next.

Wrong/old procedure. To reset the base with current firmware, use only the reset button until the LEDs flash amber. Remove all devices in Settings, My Devices and then use the Add Device button on the Cameras tab to add the base and sync the cameras.
