Hi,
I have an Arlo system that have been working fine since July. Today when I was out I tried to check my cameras and the app told me my basestation was offline.
When I came home I checked the base staiton and the internet light was not lit. I think this have happened before so I pulled the plug waited 1 minute and turned it on again. But then it will not boot up properly, even after 30 minutes the power light is amber which beens it's booting up. I have tried factory reset but it is not working.
Is my base station dead or is there something I can do to fix this issue?
