Hi,
For a couple of days my base station is offline.
All 3 leds are green, tried to restart the base station and my router but it still appears offline.
Any suggestion please ?
Thx.
Jules

Hi Guys,
Just to let you know that my problem is fixed.
I had to factory reset my base station (https://kb.arlo.com/1057976/How-can-I-reset-my-Arlo-SmartHub-or-base-station-to-the-default-values)
Then delete my base station from app and re-add it.
All cameras need to be re-added to the base station and all your custom mode has to be recreated.
Luckily, everything worked has a charm from beginning to end.
Good luck for those who may experienced same troubles.
Thx for yall who took time to help me.
See ya !

If all LEDs are green, the base is online. Have you tried the web client (my.arlo.com)? For the phone, have you rebooted it and reinstalled the app? Try both WiFi as well as only cell service (disable WiFi).

Thanks for your reply.
I applied your advices, unfortunately it didn’t solve my problem.
i feel like I’ll have to reset my station but as I remember having trouble with starting configuration, i’ll do it in desperate case.
Thx mate

Just out of curiosity, did you reboot your router and base in that order? Older bases had a problem that this can cure. No guarantees, though.
