Appears base station not talking to devices. Have tried to re-sync however sync light not coming on base station not able to re-sync devices. have tried opening the cover, unplugging base station...

Does not seem there is any support for this product. again tried to chat with support and get "no one is available to chat". I've pretty much tried everything except replacing the base station and I really do not want to do that. I'm thinking this is is related to the last firmware update.
