Base cant connect

Hello

 

While we were goine on vacation our base connection was disrupted. Now  base wont connect. Please help

Try logging out and back into the Arlo server. Or use a different browser.

Welcome to the community! I have a couple of additional questions that may help isolate the issue you're having:

 

1. What is the behavior of the LED lights on your base station (solid green, solid amber, etc)?

2. Are you getting an error message that indicates your base station is offline when logging on to your account?

3. What steps have you already taken?
