My Base station and 3 cameras were previously working fine, then I noticed that the cameras were not sending notifications.

When I log in to myArlo, it shows that my base station is Offline.

My base station is connected to my LAN by a cable.

Here is what I have done:

Attempt 1 (did this several times)

 - unplugged the base station, waited 1 minute, plugged it back in.

 - After a couple of minutes the power light is solid green, the internet light is solid green(with occasional blinking), the camera light is solid amber

 - Base station is still shown as Offline

Attempt 2 (did this several times)

 - pressed and held the factory reset button for 30 seconds on the base station

 - After a couple of minutes the power light is solid green, the internet light is solid green(with occasional blinking), the camera light is solid amber

 - Base station is still shown as Offline

Attempt 3

 - pressed the sync button on 2 cameras and the base station

 - No change.  Base Station is Offline

Attempt 4

 - Within MyArlo I removed the base station

 - Base station is removed.  All cameras are also now removed.

 - unplugged the base station, waited 1 minute, plugged it back in.  OR I did a factory reset, etc. etc.  After a couple of minutes the power light is solid green, the internet light is solid green(with occasional blinking), the camera light is solid amber.

 - Followed the steps within MyArlo to reinstall the base station.   Plug in the internet cable, plug in the power cable.  MyArlo seaches for Device

 - Device (base station) is not found

Tried phoning Arlo support, got recording, then music while on Hold, then silence for 15 minutes.  Hung up.

Tried a chat.  No one from Arlo joined the chat after 30 minutes.  Ended Chat.

Please help.  Suggestions??

Also what the heck is a "label" for this forum when posting and what labels are acceptable !!!!

Hi TG-009,

If your camera LED is showing amber, it usually means the camera is too far away from the Base Station and the signal strength is weak. When you tried syncing the camera, did you have the camera closer to the Base Station to see if that helsp syncing?

When I state Camera light.  I am talking about the light on the base station that has the camera icon.  The actual cameras I have taken from outside and placed in the same room on my desk next to the base station while I try to fix everything.

Not sure, but with my Orbi I see VMB5000 with my base station.  So maybe VMB3000.
