The base station after doing a reset (and I've done several resets) does not connect to the Internet. The Internet light appears green, however, the ARLO application gives the message that the base station is offline.
When I try to connect the cameras, it seems that everything works perfectly but in the end the light from the base station (connecting to the cameras) appears orange. I need some help. Thank you

Is the app running on a device that's connected to the same network? Won't work if on cell service until set up. Have you tried a computer?

I think I missed something. Is the Camera LED solid amber? If so, somehow the base has gotten disconnected from your account, perhaps by resets. Remove all devices in Settings, My Devices. Maybe use the reset button, too, until the LEDs flash amber. Using your phone or computer on the same network as the base, use the Add Device button on the Devices tab to claim the base. Sync the cameras. All should be well.

I have the same type of problems. On top of this, my Arlo router is disconnected even if the green internet led is on. Tried resetting, removing cameras, nothing works.

As mentioned above by jguerdat, if you've reset your base station, you'll need to also remove it from Settings > My Devices. After it has been completely removed, log back in to your Arlo Account and click "Add Device", select base station and follow the on screen instructions. Be sure the device you are using to reclaim the base station is connected to the same network as the base station.
