Ok just picked up a VMB3000 and 4 cameras in unknown condition.  I have factory reset the base and connected it to my Asus RT-AC68U router and it gets an IP address and the front of the base shows green power and internet, and amber on camera.  When I go into the app, or the arlo web portal and I try to add the base it can not find it.  Any help?
For the heck of it I did try to set the base in the DMZ on the router to see if that would change anything.  Also I am on Starlink for internet.

Can you reach out to the seller, and confirm that the cameras and bases were removed from their account?

The issue could of course be related Starlink (as I haven't seen any posts here from someone who successfully used that).

But you can't add cameras/bases to your account if they are already in someone else's, so that possibility should be ruled out.

It was a thrift store find for $20 so I won't be able to find out.  Guess I will have to find a way to test the cameras and sell them on to someone else.

Support or the mods might be able to tell you.  @JamesC - is that possible?
