Base Station Offline Arlo Netgear

Why, after a few days of operation, does the base station keep on going offline. There is power to the device and IS connected continuously to the router. Need this problem solving very quickly as it keeps an eye on a vulnerable adult..

Is the base actually going offline? What are the base LEDs showing when offline? What have you tried?

All the green lights are on and still the app says the the base station is off line.

Have tried switching the power off, using different sockets, re-setting and nothing seems to work.
