Arlo Wire-Free Camera will not update firmware

I have 5 cameras and 2 of them will not update firmware. They are brand new. Both cameras were working for 1 day then went offline and said they needed to be updated. They both state the update fails.

WHat are your Internet speeds as measured by speedtest.net? That's a common issue - too slow causes update problems.

 

Also, battery level can be an issue along with signal strength.

 

Restart the base, open and close the battery doors, bring the cameras closer to the base temporarily. Any luck?
