I go to cancel my subscription and Arlo offers me 50% off pricing for next year - but after trying multiple ways to purchase - it wont allow me. Last week, a 50% discount offer appeared on the iphone app and I clicked it - but it didn't work - that also happened last year.

Are you sure the offer is for the whole year and not the first month or three?
