is anyone else is upset as I am by the new app?

it totally sucks, it is mainly an interface for upselling.

 

Not user-friendly at all!

 

Absolutely no support on all the strange new things included.

Agree. Since the update to the app none of my devices show. 3 cameras, doorbell and chime.  This is really disappointing as 2 of them have another year of support, but no one is helping.

Looking to go to another system altogether.

Are you using the primary account?  Or are you using "friend" access?

 

Are you looking on the dashboard?  Or are you looking on the devices page?
