Has the ring bell first generation. Has worked great with, for example, started automation such as starting at sunset and stopping on time in the morning. All was great several months.

 

Now it doesn't work anymore. (!?)

  Also just bought   two Arlo  essential 2k indoor cameras a week ago. And you can't set them either. The automations in the app do not work at all, etc.

The cameras just spin and are tough when you try to open them manually. And the night vision works at the beginning when you choose night vision. The next time you open it, the camera is dark. Also happens when I tried to select with the on/off button night vision, night vision can still work then selected off position for a while, later not..

 

So in the big picture, nothing works. Have reinstalled everything several times. Both on the app and the cameras. Did a hard reset as well. Even bought the license before the free trial ended, to test if it needed to be done and helped.

To enter the chat on support doesn't work either...

Have you tried using phone support via the app?  (Instead of using chat).

Tried many times. That doesn't work either. Won't move forward when I try to push forward with the button.
