Attempting to set up Base Station but WiFi cannot be located?

I have acquired a VMB3500 base station and 2 cameras.
I am attempting to set up the basestation to my phone but my WiFi cannot locate. All lights are on green,and everything seems to be working fine. I have tried several different ways but no success. Could someone point me in the right direction please

Can you try setting it up on a PC using my.arlo.com instead?  Ideally one that is connected to your router with ethernet.

The fact that all LEDs are green means the base is already claimed. Check with the previous owner to verify that the base has been removed from their account. Hold the reset button for >10 seconds until the LEDs flash amber. Let it reboot and try again.
