Arlo wireless....firmware update problem and pink hue

first off thank god for the arlo community, because support is non existent, what a waste of $450,
In anycase, firmware update notice is blocking the use of my camera and I have tried to update many many time. sometimes throws camera offline, sometimes it just goes back to update firmware notice.
one of my other cameras has a pink hue to it and is unbearable.
any ideas besides throwing them in the trash and getting a good system?

For the firmware update, try power cycling the base. Also, open and close the battery door at the sam time to reset the camera. If you still can't update, remove the camera from Settings, M Devices and resync it.
For the pink cast, the IR filter is stuck. Opening and closing the battery door is the only thing you can try to get it to work. Otherwise, contact support here and opena case for an RMA.
