All my cameras keep saying getting status and no picture. What is the fix for this

Try logging out of the app and log back in.

I have logged out and also reset my iPhone and iPad.  Still stuck

Try restarting the base. Turn it off by the power button in the backside wait a bit then power it back on, wait for all the LED's to turn green. Hope that helps.
