Arlo wireless cameras are taking still pictures instead of videos.

I have reset the base station, turned it off, updated all cameras, replaced the batteries in all cameras.
I have looked in settings and the only camera that says it can take stills is the indoor Q camera, there is no option for this with the outdoor witless ones. It stated happening when I hadn’t used the cameras for a month or so.

Hey @Gavinq,

 

Try to check your "armed" settings for your Arlo camera and try to adjust the recording settings and see if it is able to record.
