Why has one of my camera pictures turned pink when it records?

If you look through previous posts, this has been a common problem. Often removing the batteries, waiting, and putting the batteries back in will fix it. If it doesn't or doesn't permanently fix it, contact support for an RMA to have the camera replaced

Returned my camera because it was pink. FReceived a replacement. Installed brand new batteries, AND I IS STILL PINK,

What now please?
