Arlo wireless camera drops offline

I have 1 Arlo wireless camera out of 3 that keeps dropping offline. It is about 15 ft from base. I have replaced batteries, factory reset, removed device from app and added device. After searching for camera several times, it finally finds device. I mount camera outside and it drops offline and will not reconnect. This camera is in the closest proximity to the base, the other 2 cameras are about 40 ft away and stay connected perfectly. Why?

Could be a number of things causing this. For starters, swap cameras around to see if it's the camera or location.
