Hi
One of my cameras wouldn’t update the software and so I removed it. I’ve changed the batteries but it won’t sync to the base station now. The blue led just flashes. I tried another camera by removing it and it reconnected without a problem as well as a reset of the base station. Is there anything else I can do to fix this?

Did you reboot the base, too? It may be faulty hardware which needs you to open a case with support:

Yes I did reboot the base station as well as doing a factory reset.
Guess I need to report it as a faulty unit. The second time I’ve had to and only have two cameras. Not a very good track record.
