Arlo wirefree no records on correct motion detected

I do setup and configed motion detect to 20 which very low motion. After moving for testing i got arlo app notifications but there is no record in my library.
However but other Arlo A working good.
Please help!!

It sounds like you are indicating one camera is producing recordings on motion detection and one camera is not. Check your modes/rules to make sure that motion detection is enabled on the affected camera.

 

You could also try swapping the location of the affected camera with a camera that is working correctly to further isolate the issue.
