One of my cameras is not using infra red. I can see images in daylight but not at night. Are there any ways to remedy this?

Thanks,

Grant

First thing I'd do is check and make sure it didn't get disabled. Click on the gear icon next to the camera, then video settings and make sure night mode is still enabled. If it is then try popping the battery out and back in.

Hi Scott,

Thanks for your response.  I've checked and night vision was still selected. But following your advice I've removed

and replaced the batteries, now I've got to wait until its dark to check.

If that doesn't work... pull battery, and use REMOVE DEVICE from settings, reboot base,  and then reinstall battery and bring back as new.   This will rebuild any settings that may reside in the setup.
