Upgraded UK Arlo account to max of 10 cameras yesterday. No issues installing first 5 cameras (and all had firmware updated successfully). 6th camera will not sync (on pressing camera sync button camera LED flashes blue then orange rapidly). Base station rebooted x3 (other 5 cameras working well). Fresh camera batteries installed to no avail. Account interface confirms account upgrade. All troubleshooting tips followed x3. All posts read. Not sure if this is an account upgrade issue or a camera hardware issue as mentioned in a similar post. Any suggestions from Netgear greatly appreciated.

Try deregistering one of your five connected cameras and then syncing your sixth camera. Does it succeed? If so, could be that the subscription change hasn't come through yet. If you still can't sync your sixth camera, it might be the camera itself.

At that point you are probably best advised to contact Arlo Support directly.

You have four options to contact support, the first three are available at the above link:

  1. Web form,
  2. Live web chat,
  3. Telephone (UK: 0844 875 4000),
  4. Submit a support ticket through the Netgear ticket system.

(To deregister a camera, go to Settings -> My Devices -> <Your camera>, then press Remove Device button at bottom of page.)
