Two problems:
1. Recently my Arlo has ceased live streaming, although it is reporting when pictures are recorded and keeping them in the library until deleted.
2. When using the snapshot function, no snapshots are recorded in the library.
Can anyone suggest solutions to these?

I just tried both and they worked fine. Use both the app and a computer browser - any difference? You could try a power cycle for the base to see if that helps.

You may try refreshing the base and cameras. Try unplugging the base from power outlet for about a minute, and remove batteries from camera for about 10 seconds.
