I receive notifications of motion detected and have the settings as when motion is detected to record for 30 seconds. The connectivity with the station is good but when I go to the library to view there is nothing recorded or showing up. Why?

There have been issues every now and then re the videos coming a bit later then the alerts...server issue?

That I would agree with but the notification was issued at 2:11 am to my phone. I looked for the recording in the library at 5:45 am....

got nothing other than since your on a phone, un-install and re-install the app...
(btw, have you checked on a computer to see if in library there ? at https://arlo.netgear.com/ )

Consider a base station reboot using the on-off button. Allow the base station to come back online and test, do you see the same behavior?
