Arlo video playback stalls after 2 seconds

I am using IOS 10.1. When I try to view a clip in my library, it plays around a second of the clip and stops, with the buffering icon spinning. No matter how long I leave it is sits there. I have taken to downloading the video and playing it from my photos app, but that is awkward. Also, live streaming works fine. Any clues?

Software update today appears to have fixed the problem for me.

I have exactly the same problem, tried all kinds of reboots and reinstalls, no joy!
